Court Watch will provide a private investigator to locate and serve court papers on Guilford County non-paying parents once the Sheriff's office has tried unsuccessfully to serve the papers. (The absent parent must be served in Guilford County, although the custodial parent may live elsewhere.)
Court Watch has compiled Guilford County Pro Se instructional packets and forms to help people file Pro Se Visitation Motions. (Pro Se is for people who cannot afford a lawyer i.e. who are proceeding "pro se")
